PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, cash and electronic money transfer.

The hourly fee only reflects the charge of service rendered. Any other extra charges required by client’s request (such as cost of materials, expenses, etc.) will be billed directly to the client and discussed before the job begins.

All Packages must be prepaid.

When shopping on behalf of our clients, purchases and expenses can be paid the following ways:

  1. With a pre-paid credit card
  2. Pay into client account- will deduct any expenses incurred
  3. With our company credit card- the final invoice will reflect the hourly service rate and any additional expenses incurred. A service fee may be applied.
  4. With client’s credit card – the client provides us with their credit card information (see Privacy Policy)

LIV FWD reserves the right to change prices without notice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. We will reply to all inquiries within 24 hours.
  2. Minimum service for all clients is 1 hour.
  3. Service fees begin at the moment of arrival at destination to start the task (depending on the task) to when the task is completed.
  4. We require advance notice of 24 hours for cancellations. Cancellations received less than 24 hours may be subject to an additional charge.
  5. Requests made for any public Holiday (Family Day, Good Friday, Easter, Victoria Day, Civic Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day), outside normal business hours, and/or emergency requests will be reviewed and accepted on a job-by-job basis. Additional service charge will apply.
  6. Extra fees and charges not included: All rates cover the concierge service only. Rates do not include additional charges for your shopping purchases, third party vendor fees, parking fees, supplies, waiting time and other miscellaneous costs.
  7. Any services outside of the GTA will incur extra fees to be discussed at time of booking.
  8. We reserve the right to refuse service and/ or terminate Agreement if it is deemed unsuitable, illegal, unethical, or immoral for our company. This includes but is not limited to any danger to health and safety, false witness, and any task that puts potential risk of physical, mental or spiritual danger. If a task is refused based on this nature, a full refund of balance remaining will be returned with no penalty. Any balance due for time incurred will be due and payable immediately.

In order to protect ourselves and our clients from possible property damage or any other damage that might cause distress, LIV FWD requires a Client Contract and Privacy Policy to be signed before any task is initiated.

LIV FWD is fully bonded and insured under a liability (commercial, general and professional liability) policy.

At LIV FWD the protection of your Personal Information is always a top priority. Personal Information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with your consent or as required or permitted by law. See Privacy Policy.
